MONSTROUSLY PRODUCTIVE

Okay, I've been writing Monsters in Boxers for 17 days straight and now have 48,600 words to show for it. I only have two chapters and an epilogue to go.
I am so pleased with how much I've been able to get done. The plan is to finish this first draft by Thursday. I expect about 5,000 more words will do that nicely.
This first volume really lays the groundwork for the series. There's suspense, intrique, betrayals, questions, answers, and a great of character interplay at work. The chapter format of using the four different main characters as narrators is working exceptionally well. I have been so pleased to see how each interprets the events happening to them, offering their perspective through their uniquely colored personalities.
I can't wait to dig in and edit the heck out of this sucker. My guess is it will be ready for publication in early March.
